It's very convenient to all the major theme parks and International drive. 20 minutes from the airport. There isn't a pool but affordability makes up for it. The staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and activities to be found around town.

Our stay here has been awesome so far. The guests are a little much but that's to be expected everywhere here in Orlando. Kenneth, the manager, has accommodated any need my wife and I have had and we actually feel like he does too much for the guests. He needs a vacation himself.
My go to choice when I need to stay in orlando. the location is perfect, close to i drive and shopping. the entire staff is so friendly from maintenance greeting you on his morning walk to rose never forgetting to speak when you walk in to kenny always making sure everything is smooth, it really makes the place feel like home. 10/10.
We needed a place to call home while we looked for an apartment and started our new jobs at Disney. This place was great! It was clean, close to everything, and affordable. Also shout out to the manager Kenny! He was super kind, helpful, and runs a great ship! We recommend our friends to stay here when they come to visit now
Staff has been wonderful with assisting every need I had. Heat didn’t work no problem they fixed it. Ac leaked for a few hours and they fixed it don’t believe the reviews of things broken and not reported to front desk they are friendly and try to fix things at the earliest convenience. Seen maybe one or two roaches but compared to other hotels/motels that’s none to the swarm they have. Stop by today and book with them you won’t regret it
Kenny and Rose were the absolute best. Rooms are very well kept.
We lost our home to a house fire and less then six month after we were misplaced due to our rental getting flooded. We lived in the area to we chose to stay at this location of extended stay not only because my children go to middle school and hight school around the corner. This is the first time in years I ever see staff and management treat us with the up most respect. Accomodations were easy and pet friendly kenneth the manager, Tracy and Rose and the entire staff, employees and room services were the most professional without judgement and my pets loved every moment of our stay there. I would like to add that even residentially if I had to do it all over again I would definitely recommend this hotel suites and location every time hands down they have hit every start possible, very clean and most of all organized and being in the medical field and being disabled thank you!!! to everyone at your location South Orlando Kenneth!!!! Rose!!! And Tracy!!! My family and I loved every moment of it!!!!
